I can't believe what I'm seeing happening in England

I'm talking about the riots in London and Manchester and Birmingham and, god almighty, Nottingham! 

I hope Manny is not caught up in this insanity although I saw on the news that all police in the UK have been called in to help control the hooligans.  I'm sure Manny is quite capable of dealing with any English yobs that come his way, but it must be really worrying for Parrot, especially with Baby Manny to take care of.

It's scary what can happen when people who are unemployed and hardly have enough to live on go crazy and help themselves to everything in sight.  I've seen riots in Los Angeles and it is really frightening when people get totally out of control and set fire to cars and buildings.  And what's so sickening is that is their own neighbourhoods they destroy.  Absolute insanity.

I hope everyone on the Igloo is safe and not endangered by these idiots.

We are discussing the same thing on another Forum I belong to.

I can't see any reason for this to happen.  Some say it's because of them being under privileged but I didn't see any of this going on just after WW11 when most of us had to go without, we just had to get on with our lives.

I put it down to a lack of a deterrent when it comes to the law.  When I was growing up, we had Corporal and Capital Punishment and there was very little crime, but nowadays there's no deterrent and crime is rampant
